  • Friday, March 7 Chapchar Koot (Banks closed in Mizoram)
  • 8th March, second Saturday, holiday across the country
  • Holiday across the country due to Sunday, March 9
  • Thursday, March 13 Holika Dahan/Attukal Pongala (Banks will remain closed in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand and Kerala)
  • Friday, March 14 Holi (Second Day) – Dhuleti/Dhulandi/Dol Jatra (Public holiday in most states except Tripura, Odisha, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Manipur, Kerala and Nagaland)
  • Saturday, March 15, Holi in select states (banks closed in Agartala, Bhubaneswar, Imphal and Patna)
  • Holiday due to Sunday, March 16
  • 22nd March Fourth Saturday, Holiday due to Bihar Day
  • Holiday due to Sunday, March 23
  • Thursday, March 27: Shab-e-Qadr (Banks closed in Jammu)
  • Friday, March 28: Jummat-ul-Vida (Banks closed in Jammu and Kashmir)
  • Monday, March 31st: Ramadan-Eid (Eid-ul-Fitr) (Shawal-1)/Khutub-e-Ramazan (Holiday in most states except Mizoram and Himachal Pradesh)
