Bank Holidays in October/November 2022: Chhath Mahaparv has started from today . In Bihar and Jharkhand, this festival is celebrated with great pomp and holiday is declared in many institutions. This festival, which lasts for four days across the world including Bihar-Jharkhand, has started from 28 October i.e. today. Evening Arghya is on 30th October i.e. Sunday, although there is a weekly holiday in the bank. On the next day, there will be a holiday of Chhath in Bihar-Jharkhand and banks will also be closed.

Bank Holidays in November

There will be a bank holiday on November 1 in Bangalore and Imphal due to Kannada Rajyotsava/Kut.

Banks will remain closed across the country due to Sunday holiday on 6th.

Guru Nanak Jayanti, Kartik Purnima, Rahas Purnima and Vangla Festival are on 8th November. On this day, except Patna, Bangalore, Gangtok, Agartala, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram, Imphal, Kochi, Shillong and Panaji, there will be a holiday in banks.

There will be a holiday in the banks of Shillong and Bangalore on November 11 due to Kanakadasa Jayanti and Wangla Festival.

-12 November is the second Saturday of the month. Banks will be closed on this day.

– November 13 will be a Sunday holiday.

– November 20 is a weekly holiday on Sunday.

On November 23, there will be a bank holiday in Shillong due to Seng Kutsanem.

On November 26, being the fourth Saturday of the month, there will be a holiday in banks.

– November 27 is a Sunday.
