An important scheme has been announced in honour of all the priests and granthis serving in the temples and gurdwaras of Delhi. AAP has announced to launch the Granthi-Pujari Samman Yojana.
Arvind Kejriwal, the national convener of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), which is preparing for the Delhi Assembly elections, has made another big announcement today. If the Aam Aadmi Party wins the elections this time, it has announced to give an honorarium of Rs 18,000 every month to all the priests and granthis serving in the temples and gurdwaras of Delhi.
Today, Kejriwal had posted on his social media platform ‘X’ and said, “Today I will make another big announcement. The people of Delhi will be very happy. An important scheme has been announced in honor of all the priests and granthis who serve in the temples and gurdwaras of Delhi. Earlier, Arvind Kejriwal had made many announcements like Rs 2100 per month honorarium to all women above the age of 18 years, Sanjeevani Yojana for free treatment of the elderly and auto rickshaw drivers upon the formation of his government in 2025.

The Delhi Assembly elections are scheduled to be held in February 2025. The term of the current Assembly is till February 23, 2025. In such a situation, the Aam Aadmi Party led by Arvind Kejriwal is trying to come to power for the fourth time.
