Nangia Andersen LLP Partner Sandeep Jhunjhunwala said that banking companies will now be able to verify customers through Aadhaar authentication. “Notified a list of 22 financial institutions, which are permitted to use Aadhaar authentication to verify the identity of customers/beneficiaries,” he said.
