The new chatbot has enhanced features such as Aadhaar enrollment/update status check, Aadhaar PVC card status tracking, and enrollment center location information. Residents can also register their complaints and track them using the bot.

UIDAI has ranked top among all Group A Ministries, Departments and Autonomous Bodies for redressal
of public grievances in the ranking report published by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) for the month of October 2022. This is the third consecutive month that UIDAI has topped the rankings.
