Stock Market Holiday: Holi festival is being celebrated all over the world including India today i.e. 13 March. On the other hand, Rangwali Holi (Dhulandi) will be celebrated on Friday 14 March.

Now the question in the mind of the stock market investors is when will the stock market be closed for Holi. There is going to be a one-day holiday for Holi in the stock market. This holiday will be on 14 March. According to the stock market holiday schedule, Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange are going to be closed on Friday. That is, there will be no work in the stock market on this day.

These segments will remain closed

According to the official schedule, trading in major segments including equity, equity derivatives and securities lending and borrowing (SLB) segment will be closed for 1 day on Friday. Apart from this, there will be no trading in currency derivatives and electronic gold receipt (EGR) segment due to Holi. Please note that Holi is a national holiday and the stock markets remain closed on national and public holidays.
