PM Kisan 19th Installment: There is great news for crores of farmers waiting for the 19th installment of PM Kisan. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has today, on Monday, 24 February, sent Rs 22,500 crore of the 19th installment to the bank accounts of 9.8 crore farmers from Bhagalpur, Bihar.

Let us tell you that under this scheme, the government gives Rs 2,000 to each beneficiary every four months to increase the income of farmers. In this way, a total annual benefit of Rs 6,000 is available in three equal installments. So far, Rs 3.46 lakh crore has been transferred to 11 crore farmers through 18 installments.

Did you get the money for the 19th installment or not.. Check the status

You can check the status online on the PM-Kisan portal. For this, first of all you have to go to the official website of PM-Kisan. Here click on the ‘Beneficiary Status’ option. After this, enter your Aadhaar number or bank account number and then click on ‘Get Data’. After this, your status will appear in front of you whether the installment has been sent to your account or not.

E-KYC is mandatory

Let us tell you that e-KYC is very mandatory for the beneficiaries of PM-Kisan Yojana. If you have not got e-KYC done till now, then complete it today. This is the process-

OTP-based e-KYC: This mode can be accessed on the PM-Kisan portal and mobile app.

Biometric-based e-KYC: This mode is available at CSC (Common Service Centre) and State Service Centre.

Face authentication-based e-KYC: This mode can be accessed on the PM-Kisan mobile app.

Who is not eligible under PM-KISAN Scheme?

Exclusions from the PM-KISAN scheme include institutional landholders and farmer families whose members have paid income tax in the previous assessment year. Additionally, families with members holding constitutional posts such as mayors of municipal corporations, chairpersons of district panchayats, and former or present members of state legislative assemblies, state legislative councils, Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha are not eligible for the benefits of the scheme.
