In this regard, the government has announced a holiday. Due to which there will be no work in all government offices. Banks will also be closed in some places. Schools and colleges will remain closed after the worship of Goddess Saraswati.

Apart from this, the three-tier Panchayat elections will be held in three phases. Due to this, there will be a government holiday on February 17 and 20 on the polling day. Voting is to be held in the state on February 23 under the three-tier Panchayat elections. However, since this day is a Sunday, a separate public holiday has not been declared.
