Assembly elections in Delhi are very near. Along with this, the launch of new schemes and political rhetoric are in full swing. Meanwhile, Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal has made a big allegation.
Kejriwal has alleged that Delhi CM Atishi may soon be arrested in a “fake case”. At the same time, two departments of the Delhi government have raised questions on the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)’s Mahila Samman Yojana and Sanjeevani Yojana. The Delhi government’s Women and Child Development Department has called the registration started for ‘Mahila Samman Yojana’ and the Health and Family Welfare Department has called the registration started for “Sanjeevani Yojana” illegal.
Former Delhi CM and AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal said on social media platform X that some people are upset with the government’s announcement of welfare initiatives like Mahila Samman Yojana and Sanjeevani Yojana. Kejriwal said that they have planned to arrest Atishi ji by making a fake case in the next few days. Before that, raids will be conducted on senior leaders of “AAP”. Kejriwal said that I will hold a press conference on this today (25 December 2024) at 12 noon.

You made several announcements
The AAP has announced several welfare schemes for women and the elderly ahead of the Delhi assembly elections next year. On the lines of Maharashtra’s Ladli Behna Yojana, the Mahila Samman Yojana will give Rs 1,000 per month to eligible women. Kejriwal has promised that if the AAP government is re-elected, this amount will be increased to Rs 2,100. Similarly, the Sanjeevani Yojana provides free health care for Delhi residents aged 60 years and above. The scheme will cover medical expenses of senior citizens in both government and private hospitals.
Ministers and MLAs got the registration done by organizing camps in their areas
Aam Aadmi Party has started the registration process for CM Mahila Samman Rashi and Sanjeevani Yojana. To register people under both the schemes, ministers and MLAs of AAP government along with volunteers are setting up camps at various places and getting people registered. Volunteers of Aam Aadmi Party are setting up camps in their respective areas and also making announcements through mikes so that everyone can get registered and no one is left out of registration.
