Vande Bharat Express Sri Nagar To Delhi: Vande Bharat is one of the fastest trains in the country. Its maximum speed is up to 180 kilometers per hour. On 15 February 2019, the Prime Minister of the country Narendra Modi flagged off the country’s first Vande Bharat Express train from New Delhi Railway Station.
Since then, a total of 60 Vande Bharat trains have arrived in the country. Which cover more than 280 districts of 24 states and union territories.
Now another new chapter is going to be added to this series. The country is going to get its first Vande Bharat sleeper train soon. It will run from New Delhi to Srinagar. People in Kashmir valley will also get Vande Bharat facility soon. This train will run on Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla rail link i.e. USBRL. Let us tell you when this train can start.
May start in January 2025
Soon India is going to get its first Vande Bharat sleeper train. According to media reports, the Vande Bharat sleeper train from Delhi to Srinagar can start in the month of January next year. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself can inaugurate it. According to a report by news agency PTI, Minister of State for Railways Ravneet Singh informed that Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate the Vande Bharat train going from New Delhi to Kashmir on USBRL i.e. Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla rail link in the month of January.
This will be the timing of the train
Vande Bharat Sleeper train will cover a distance of more than 800 km. It will take only 13 hours for this train to travel from Delhi to Srinagar. Let us tell you that this will be the first rail service to travel from Delhi to Srinagar. Talking about the timing of Vande Bharat Express Sleeper train, it will depart from New Delhi Railway Station at 7 pm and will reach Srinagar Railway Station at 8 am the next day. The train will halt at Ambala Cantt Junction, Ludhiana Junction, Kathua, Jammu Tawi, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Sangaldan and Banihal railway stations in between.

If we talk about the fare of Delhi-Srinagar-New Delhi Vande Bharat Sleeper train, then the price of a third AC ticket will be Rs 2000. Whereas the price of a second AC ticket will be Rs 2500. Whereas for first AC, you will have to pay Rs 3000.
