The estimated cost of this corridor to be built from Gurugram to Greater Noida will be Rs 15,000 crore. There will be eight stations in this corridor. With the construction of this corridor, the picture of the transport system in Delhi NCR will completely change. Not only this, it will also help in controlling traffic congestion and air pollution.

Haryana CM discussed

in this regard: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini recently met Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Manohar Lal Khattar in Delhi. During this, the two discussed about RRTS corridor development and metro expansion. In which the expansion of Karnal Gurugram Metro from Sarai Kale Khan to AIIMS in Badsa was also discussed.

Apart from this, additional plans also include connecting IGI Airport with major NCR centers like Gurugram, Faridabad and Jewar Airport through RRTS network. This will further improve the connectivity of these three cities. At the same time, in future, its expansion from Sarai Kale Khan to Dharuhera, Bawal and Shahjahanpur in Rajasthan is also being considered.

Till now, it takes 1.5 to 3 hours to travel from Greater Noida to Gurugram by road. A lot of this depends on the traffic on the road. The construction of this corridor will greatly benefit the working people and students studying in these cities.
