Even after Chhath Puja, there is a rush in trains going to the east. Keeping this in mind, it has been decided to increase the frequency of Patna Vande Bharat special train.
This decision of the railway administration will benefit not only the passengers of Delhi but also those returning from Patna. For the convenience of passengers during the festival, the railway administration is running Vande Bharat special train between New Delhi and Patna.
It will depart from Patna on November 30
It was announced to run from New Delhi till November 20 and from Patna till November 21. Now the special Vande Bharat Express number 02252 will also run on November 22, 24, 27 and 29. The special Vande Bharat Express number 02251 will leave from Patna on November 23, 25, 28 and 30. With this, passengers will be able to return to Delhi from Patna.
There will be stops at these places
It departs from New Delhi at 08:25 in the morning and reaches Patna at 8 in the evening. It departs from Patna at 7:30 in the morning and reaches New Delhi at 7 in the evening. On the way, it will stop at Kanpur Central, Prayagraj, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction, Buxar and Ara railway stations.
Special train will run for Patna
Even after Chhath Puja, there is no space in trains going east. Waiting list tickets are available in most of the regular trains. The trains coming from Bihar to Delhi are the most crowded.
People who went home for Chhath Puja are not getting confirmed tickets to return. In view of the problems of the passengers, the railway administration has announced to run a special train number 03329/03330 for Patna.
What will be the timing from Patna to Delhi?
Special train number 03329 will leave from Patna on 9th and 11th November at 2.05 pm and will reach New Delhi at 8 am the next day.
At which stations will it stop?
On the return journey, it will depart from New Delhi at 9:30 am on November 10 and 12 and reach Patna at 2:20 pm the next day. On the way, it will stop at Danapur, Ara, Buxar, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction, Prayagraj and Kanpur Central Railway Station.
It is noteworthy that Chhath, the great festival of folk faith, is today on Thursday. Due to this festival, people from Bihar working in Delhi have gone home. Keeping in mind their convenience, the railways have decided to increase the frequency of special trains.
