Free Ration scheme: If you also used to take free ration scheme, then there is great news for you. The UP government has told that the beneficiaries will continue to get the benefit of free ration till September 30. If you i.e. this month also you will not have to spend a single penny for ration. There were reports in the middle that the government would stop the facility of free ration in August itself, but such news has been denied by the government.

Millions of beneficiaries get the facility of free ration
, this decision of the state government will benefit crores of people of the state. The sixth phase of the free ration scheme in Uttar Pradesh has started in September. In Uttar Pradesh, there are 15 crore beneficiaries who have taken benefit of Garib Kalyan Yojana, who are given free ration facility by the government. 

Wheat, rice and gram will be available in September
According to the information received from the government, earlier the distribution of rice was started due to the shortage of wheat, but now the access to wheat has become right again, due to which the month of September Wheat, rice, gram will all be distributed in this. 

Ration is being available
from June 2020: There were instructions from the Yogi government of UP to distribute free ration till June 2020. According to this, from July, ration card holders will have to pay in lieu of regular ration distribution. Under this, wheat will have to be paid at the rate of Rs 2 per kg and for rice at the rate of Rs 3 per kg. But at present the ration distribution schedule is running late by two months. In such a situation, people are still getting the benefit of free ration facility. 

Let us tell you that under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Anna Kalyan Yojana, the system of distribution of 5 kg rice
per unit will continue. In the last few days, the central government has extended this scheme many times.
