Salary will increase by this much

Let us tell you that the DA of the central government employees is decided on the basis of their basic salary. If the basic salary of an employee is Rs 25 thousand, then after this increase his DA has become 53 percent. In such a situation, DA increases from Rs 12500 to Rs 13250. In this way, DA has increased by 750 per month. At the same time, the DA arrears of three months from July to September (750+750+750) becomes Rs 2250. All this will be added to the salary of October. It means that if the salary of the employee was Rs 50000 earlier by adding basic salary, DA and housing allowance i.e. HRA, then now it will be Rs 50750 from this month. At the same time, the arrears of three months will be Rs 2250.

What is the detail

Let us tell you that the government gives DA to central employees, while pensioners are given DR. Generally, DA and DR are increased twice a year in January and July. Earlier in the month of March, the government had announced a 4% increase in DA. In 2006, the central government revised the formula for calculating DA and DR for central employees and pensioners.
