Salary-Bonus-DA-DR News:The employees of UP government are going to have a good Diwali. The Yogi Adityanath government is preparing to give them their October salary before Diwali.
Bonus is also going to be given. The finance department has prepared the paperwork related to the bonus. The state government can announce the bonus this week. It is believed that CM Yogi can give orders in this regard in the next cabinet meeting. This time, a three percent increase is expected in dearness allowance/dearness relief. After a three percent increase, the dearness allowance/dearness relief rate in the salary-pension of employees and pensioners will increase to 53 percent. Along with non-gazetted state employees, work charge, daily wage employees will also get its benefit.
However, there is doubt on dearness allowance/dearness relief to state employees and pensioners from July before Diwali. Actually, the decision of the central government on DA/DR is awaited. The state government will consider it only after the central government takes a decision on giving DA-DR. The central government can declare dearness allowance this week. After this, the state government can also make an announcement.

Like before, this time also the employees will get a maximum bonus of seven thousand rupees. After preparing the bonus paperwork, the Finance Department will now take the consent of the state government on it. The bonus order will be issued after the consent of CM Yogi. Around 14.82 lakh employees of the UP government will get the benefit of the bonus. On giving the bonus, the government treasury is likely to incur an expenditure of more than Rs 1025 crore.
Diwali is on 31 October
This time Diwali is falling on 31st October. In such a situation, the Yogi government can order to pay the October salary which is issued on 1st November, before 31st October. That means, overall, the announcement of bonus, salary and DA hike before Diwali will make Diwali of the employees good. Employees will be able to spend freely this Diwali.
