New Delhi. Passengers of India’s largest domestic airline IndiGo are waiting for a long time for check-in and baggage drop at the airport on Saturday.
This is due to a problem in IndiGo’s network-wide system, due to which the airline’s services have been disrupted.
IndiGo gave information on social media platform X and said, “We are currently facing temporary system slowdown on our network, which is affecting our website and booking systems. Due to this, passengers may face problems like check-in and long queues at the airport.”
The airline posted on X
The airline also said, “Our airport team is fully prepared to assist passengers and we are making every effort to make the journey of passengers smooth. Rest assured, we are working hard to restore stability and normal services as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.”
It is clear from this announcement that the airline has assured to resolve the problem as soon as possible, but passengers may have to wait for the time being.
