Heavy rain warning in these states of India
According to the report released by the Meteorological Department, today a warning has been issued regarding heavy rain in various districts of Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. Along with this, IMD has also issued a rain alert in these states. At the same time, it is also estimated that during this week there may be sporadic to heavy rain in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada and Gujarat. According to IMD, continuous rain may continue in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Andaman and Nicobar Islands till September 20.

Weather condition of North-West India
During this week, light/moderate rainfall is expected in the entire region except Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh-Gilgit-Baltistan-Muzaffarabad and the weather is likely to remain dry at some places. Apart from this, heavy rains are expected in Uttarakhand, eastern Rajasthan and western Uttar Pradesh on September 18.
Tomorrow ‘s Weather Forecast
According to the Meteorological Department report, tomorrow’s weather (September 18), heavy rain is likely at isolated places over Uttarakhand, Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi, Western Uttar Pradesh, Eastern Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.
Apart from this, thunderstorms and lightning are likely at isolated places over Uttarakhand, Western Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya on September 18. Winds are likely to blow at a speed of 35 kmph to 45 kmph over most parts of the west-central Arabian Sea, Gulf of Mannar, Sri Lanka coast, South Bay of Bengal, which may increase to 55 kmph.
