Bank Holiday: In the month of September, except Sunday and Saturday, banks will remain closed due to many festivals. Recently, on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, banks in many cities were closed, while in many cities banks were working normally.

In such a situation, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) also advises people to go to the bank only after checking the Bank Holiday List.

If we are talking about bank holidays, then let us tell you that according to the September Bank Holiday List ( September 2024 Bank Holiday List ) released by RBI, there will be a bank holiday from 13 to 18 September. However, this holiday will not be in all cities. Let us know in which cities there will be no work in the bank from 13 to 18 September i.e. 6 days.

On which days will the bank remain closed in September

Even after September 18, banks will remain closed on many occasions. Let us tell you that according to RBI’s bank holiday list, banks in Jammu and Srinagar will remain closed on September 20. There will be no work in the banks of Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram on September 21. Whereas, all banks will remain closed on September 22. Banks in Jammu and Srinagar will remain closed on September 23. All banks will remain closed on September 28 and 29.
