Employees Salary Hike: Salary increased for 1 lakh 20 thousand employees, Know how much salary you will get now

The state government has increased the salary of 1.20 lakh employees working under Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam (HKRN) by eight percent. Now the basic salary of HKRN will be from Rs 19,900 to Rs 24,100.

As soon as the approval was received from the Finance Department, HKRN has started paying salaries under the new rates. HKRN has written a letter to all the Administrative Secretaries, Heads of Departments, Divisional Commissioners, MDs of Corporations and Boards, Vice Chancellors of Universities and District Deputy Commissioners that the Government has increased the salary of the Corporation employees by 8%.

This hike will be effective from July 1. The hike will be implemented district-wise category-wise. HKRN has 71 thousand employees in level-1, 26,915 in level-2 and 22 thousand in level-3.

Now from July 1, 2024, in category-1 districts, level-1 employees will get salary increased from Rs 18,400 to Rs 19,900, level-2 employees will get salary increased from Rs 21,650 to Rs 23,400 and level-3 employees will get salary increased from Rs 22,300 to Rs 24,100.

In category-2 districts, level-1 employees will get a salary increased from Rs 16,250 to Rs 17,550, level-2 employees will get a salary increased from Rs 19,450 to Rs 21,600, and level-3 employees will get a salary increased from Rs 20,100 to Rs 21,700.

In category-3 districts, level-1 employees will get Rs 16,250, up from Rs 15,050, level-2 employees will get Rs 19,800, up from Rs 18,300, and level-3 employees will get Rs 20,450, up from Rs 18,900.

Category-1 includes Gurugram, Faridabad, Panchkula, Sonipat, Delhi and Chandigarh.

Category-2 includes the districts of Panipat, Jhajjar, Palwal, Karnal, Ambala, Hisar, Rohtak, Rewari, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Yamunanagar, Bhiwani and Jind.

Category-3 includes Mahendragarh, Fatehabad, Sirsa, Nuh and Charkhi-Dadri districts.
