Tata Group’s airline company Air India has issued an important notice for its passengers. Air India has given this information on its official X account on Friday. Air India has decided to suspend all flights to and from Tel Aviv, Israel with immediate effect amid the ongoing crisis in the Middle East. Air India said that all flights to and from Tel Aviv are being suspended till August 8.

What is in the official statement of Air India

Air India wrote on its X account, “Given the ongoing situation in parts of the Middle East, we have suspended scheduled operations of our flights to and from Tel Aviv with immediate effect till 08 August 2024. We are constantly monitoring the situation and providing support to our passengers with confirmed bookings to and from Tel Aviv during this period, including rescheduling and a one-time waiver on cancellation fees. Situation worsened in Middle East after killing of Hamas leader

Let us tell you that Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh was assassinated on 31 July after attending the swearing-in ceremony of Iran’s new President Masoud Pezeshkian.
