HDFC Bank has planned a system upgrade for HDFC Bank related services on the given dates, due to which the service will not be available during that time. When will HDFC Bank service not be available
13 July 2024 from 3:00 am to 4:30 pm IST. That is, customers will not get bank service for about 13 hours.
According to HDFC Bank’s email, to minimize inconvenience, we have scheduled this upgrade on the second Saturday of the bank holiday. The bank said that it is then advising its customers to do their banking work earlier. Banks are working to improve their systems to provide better service to customers. HDFC Bank has emailed its customers to inform them that it is upgrading the system to improve online service and manage high traffic.

As per the bank’s official website, the services that will not be available on HDFC Bank NetBanking and MobileBanking app are:

- Deposit in bank account
- IMPS, NEFT, RTGS services related to fund transfer will not be available.

- UPI Payment

In the first scheduled maintenance, HDFC Bank debit, credit and prepaid card transactions will be available in online service on June 4 and June 13 due to system upgrade.
Will HDFC Bank RuPay cards work?
HDFC Bank RuPay Card will also not work for online transactions on other (non HDFC Bank) payment gateways.
What is the new limit for SMS alerts for UPI transactions?
HDFC Bank customers will now get SMS updates only for transactions above Rs 100 (money sent/paid) and Rs 500 (money received).
