New Delhi: In view of the heavy rush of passengers, a new system has been introduced at New Delhi Railway Station. Parking cum Entry Control System is being operated at the railway station.
Northern Railway has introduced Parking cum Entry Control System at Ajmeri Gate side of New Delhi Railway Station. This system is designed to control the movement of traffic and reduce congestion at this busiest railway station of Delhi.
This system will provide convenience to passengers and make the movement of traffic smooth. This contract has been awarded by the railways. The charges to be levied by the contractor are as per the terms of the contract.

According to the contract, pick up and drop facility will not be allowed for more than 30 minutes and if found so, the vehicles will be towed away. Also, if passengers want to stay longer and want to avoid the ‘parking cum entry control system’ at the station, general and premium car parking spaces are available at NDLS station and only parking charges are levied.
