PM Modi to meditate at Vivekananda Rock Memorial

PM rock memorial meditation: Five years ago, after the 2019 Lok Sabha election campaign, Prime Minister Narendra Modi went to meditate in the Kedarnath cave. Now, during the last phase of the 2024 election season i.e. the seventh phase, PM Modi will meditate at the Rock Memorial.

This rock memorial has been built as a tribute to Swami Vivekananda. On Thursday, June 30, PM Modi will be here in meditation for 45 hours. In view of this, all arrangements including heavy security have been completed.

2 thousand policemen and security agencies will be deployed

During this time, a strong team of 2,000 policemen and various security agencies will keep a strict vigil. In fact, BJP leaders said that PM Modi will come here after the conclusion of the Lok Sabha election campaign on May 30.

PM Modi will meditate at Dhyan Mandapam from the evening of May 30 to the evening of June 1. Security arrangements have been tightened ahead of Modi’s visit. Tirunelveli Range DIG Pravesh Kumar along with Superintendent of Police E Sundaravathanam inspected the security arrangements at the Rock Memorial, Boat Jetty, Helipad and State Guest House in Kanyakumari.

This will be PM Modi’s program

As the Prime Minister’s main security team reached the venue, a trial landing of the helicopter was also conducted on the helipad. Around 2,000 policemen will be deployed in and around Kanyakumari. Modi will reach Kanyakumari on May 30 in the afternoon for a spiritual sojourn. After this, he will visit the memorial.

He is likely to stay at the Vivekananda Rock Memorial till 3 pm on June 1, when the country will vote for the seventh and final phase of the ongoing Lok Sabha elections. A source said that since the Prime Minister will be there for about 45 hours to meditate, the Coast Guard, Indian Coast Guard and the Indian Navy will maintain vigil at the maritime borders.
