Property Registration New Policy: Now people will be able to get their property registered in any sub-registrar office as per their convenience in Delhi. The government has come up with a policy of ‘Any Wear Registration’ for this.
Under this, the compulsion of people to go to the sub-registrar office decided according to the area for registration will end. People will be able to get their property registered by taking an online appointment at any of the 22 sub-registrar offices in Delhi as per their convenience.
File sent to Governor for approval
According to a report by news agency PTI, Delhi Revenue Minister Atishi said that the Revenue Department has now decided to come up with an ‘Any Wear Registration’ policy. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has passed this policy and the file has been sent to the Lieutenant Governor for notification.

Often many types of complaints come to the fore regarding the Sub-Registrar Office. Many complaints also came to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. One complaint is that there are many sub-registrar offices where there are long queues. Where it takes a long time to book an appointment. There are many sub-registrar offices where there is not much crowd.
There are brokers outside the offices, who demand money. People have to go to the same office for registration. In such a situation, people are forced to pay money to brokers. Revenue Minister Atishi said that to solve these problems, on the instructions of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, the Revenue Department has started a new policy.
The Revenue Department of Delhi has decided that it will now come up with ‘Any Wear Registration’ policy. Under this policy, if people want to get their property registered, they can go to any sub-registrar office in Delhi.
If any person living in Delhi wants to register his property in the sub-registrar office, then he can take an online appointment in any of the 22 sub-registrar offices of Delhi. Revenue Minister Atishi said that in the interest of the people of Delhi, in the interest of their convenience and in the interest of transparency, the Kejriwal government is implementing the scheme of ‘Any Wear’ registration. The Chief Minister has approved this scheme and its file has been sent to the Lieutenant Governor for notification.
