Government job opportunity for 10th pass, recruitment starts in BSF, CRPF, SSB and ITBP

SSC GD Constable Recruitment: There is great news for the people preparing for government jobs. Staff Selection Commission has started the recruitment process for General Duty (GD) Constable.

A total of 75,768 posts will be recruited under this recruitment. After the start of registration, interested and eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of the Commission, ssc.nic.in. The examination for recruitment to these posts will be conducted in February 2024. The examination will be conducted in CBT mode in Hindi and English language. 0.50 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer in the CBT exam.

The posts of General Duty Constable will be filled in many security forces. These include 27875 posts of BSF, 8598 of CISF, 25427 of CRPF, 5278 of SSB, 3006 of ITBP, 4776 of Assam Rifles and 583 of SSF.

Qualification and Examination Fees

Youth who have passed Matriculation (10th) examination from any recognized board can apply for all these posts. Candidates age should be between 18 to 23 years as on 1st August 2023. At the same time, candidates belonging to reserved categories have also been given relaxation in the maximum age limit. Under the SSC GD Constable recruitment process, candidates will have to go through written examination, physical, physical standard test and medical.

In the written examination, questions will come from Reasoning, GK, Maths and Hindi-English. For more information you can check the issued notification. The application fee for the exam is Rs 100. Female candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) are exempted from payment of fee.
