PNB KYC Update Notice: If your account is in public sector Punjab National Bank (PNB), then this is important news for you. PNB has told its customers that they must complete their KYC details. The deadline for this has been declared as August 31, 2023. According to the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India, it is mandatory for you to get your bank account KYC done.
PNB has sent two notices to the customers who have not yet done KYC. The bank has also asked customers to get KYC done by sending an SMS to their registered mobile number. In such a situation, if KYC is not done, the bank account will not be able to be used after 31 August. Your bank account may be frozen.
How to check whether KYC is done or not?
You will have to call the customer care to know whether your Punjab National Bank’s KYC has been done or not. The bank said that customers can get more information by calling the customer care number 18001802222 or 18001032222. Both these numbers are toll free.
PNB Bank KYC
Update your PNB KYC details by filling and submitting the KYC form. You can do this only if there is no change in KYC information. You can also give information through your registered email id. If there is a change in your information, then you will have to go to the bank branch. KYC will not be updated without visiting the branch. Here you will also have to submit the form and document.
