Due to not favorable weather conditions in Delhi-NCR, the effect of Western Disturbance will be seen late. The Meteorological Department has said in its All India Weather Bulletin that from March 16, the Western Disturbance will gain full force. The effect of this western disturbance will be seen on the whole country.

The Meteorological Department has also issued a warning of hailstorm in many parts of the country. The effect of Western Disturbance will be clearly visible in Delhi NCR for three days. In most parts of NCR, after March 16, there are chances of rain on March 17 and 18 as well.

Mercury will fall due to drizzle The Meteorological Department says that at present three different weather activities are active in different parts of the country. The Western Disturbance is gaining momentum in the Himalayan region and on the other hand a cyclonic circulation is forming. Not only this, a low air pressure area is also being formed at two places.

Overall, the above conditions are pointing towards major upheavals in the weather. According to the Meteorological Department, light drizzle is expected in Delhi NCR on Friday and Saturday. Due to this, the temperature can drop up to two degrees. However, the maximum temperature would remain above normal.

There is a possibility of hailstorm on March 18 and 19 , while according to the report of the private agency Skymet Weather, which issued the weather forecast, the Western Disturbance will gain momentum from March 16, due to which the weather in Delhi NCR will change. Light rain may start in Delhi NCR from the night of 16 March.

Further, on March 17 and 19, the intensity of Western Disturbance will be more. Meteorologists say that this western disturbance will be so powerful that by March 21, the movement of clouds can be seen in the sky. There is also a possibility of hailstorm in some parts of Delhi/NCR on March 18 and 19.

Generally, most parts of the country get rains due to western disturbances. Since the western disturbances that have come this time have been less active. Due to this, there has been less rainfall than normal in the plains. This is the reason why most parts of the country including Delhi NCR are experiencing extreme heat.

Delhi’s Safdarjung area recorded a maximum temperature of 33.3 degrees Celsius, which is four notches above normal. At the same time, the minimum temperature was recorded at 17.5 degree Celsius, which is two notches above normal. The maximum temperature can be recorded at 34 degree Celsius on Wednesday.
