8th Pay Commission: A pay commission is constituted every 10 years to make changes in the salary structure of central employees. On the basis of its recommendations, the salary of central employees is fixed.

Till now 7 times pay commission has been made. The first pay commission in the country was formed in January 1946 and the seventh pay commission was constituted on 28 February 2014. Now the eighth pay commission is to be made in the country, for which the central employees are eagerly waiting.

8th Pay Commission  can be planned in the year 2024. It is being said that with the implementation of the 8th Pay Commission, central employees can get a big relief. This means that there can be a tremendous jump in their salary.

According to media reports, many things can be different in the 8th Pay Commission as compared to all the previous pay commissions. In this, salary can be reviewed by some other formula than the fitment factor.

It has been 8 years since the 7th Pay Commission. Meanwhile, the atmosphere of discussion regarding the eighth pay commission has become heated in the employee organizations. May increase fitment factor

Explain that in the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission, the fitment factor was kept 2.57 times. On this basis, the salary of central employees was revised. If we look at the statistics, the lowest salary hike was received in the 7th Pay Commission. However, the basic salary was increased to Rs 18000. It is now being told that in the 8th Pay Commission, the fitment factor can be increased to 3.68 times. That is, the minimum wage of employees can increase from Rs 18,000 to Rs 26,000.
