7th Pay Commission DA Hike in July: There may be good news for central government employees next month.

The dearness allowance of the employees can be increased by 3 to 4 percent. The government can increase the DA of the employees from 45 to 46 percent. If the government decides to increase the DA in the next month, then the salary of the employees will increase.

The EICPI figures for the month of April have been released, under which some media reports have said that there may be an increase in the salary of the employees. It has been said in the report that the dearness allowance of the employees can be increased by 3 percent. However, the figures for May and June are yet to come, after which it will be clear that how much the DA of the employees will increase in July.

So many employees will get benefit

It has been said in the media reports that if an increase of 3 percent is made, then the dearness allowance will increase to 45 percent. However, if the figures become more clear, there can be a jump of 4 percent. That is, the dearness allowance will increase to 46 percent. The benefit of this increase will be given to 48 lakh employees and 69 lakh pensioners.

What do the AICPI figures say?

According to the January data, there was an increase of 0.5 per cent in the AICPI figure. At the same time, there was a decline in it during February and it decreased by 0.1 percent to 132.7. It increased by 0.6 points in March and reached 133.3. At the same time, during April, the AICPI point has increased by 0.9 percent to 134.2.

How much dearness allowance will increase

If the ICPI figures are good during May and June also, then there is a possibility of an increase of 3 to 4 percent in the dearness allowance. In such a situation, increasing by 4 percent, DA will become 46 percent.

Now if the monthly salary of an employee is Rs 18000, then according to 42% DA, the dearness allowance will be Rs 7560 and according to 46% DA will be Rs 8280. This means that every month the salary will increase by Rs 720.
