Second biggest increase in two and a half years

It will be released after getting approval from the Union Cabinet. If the government approves to increase the dearness allowance by 4 percent, then this will be the second big increase after January 2020. The AICPI Index June numbers came on 31 July. In which the index reached 129.2. Due to this it has been decided to get 4 percent Dearness Allowance (DA Hike).
