Third time scale pay is already being given to the employees who have completed 30 years of service in the year 2014. Now the government has also decided to provide fourth time scale pay scale to the employees of the state. Such government servants who have completed 35 years of service on or after July 1, 2023, will be given fourth time scale pay.
How many employees will benefit
This decision of the government will benefit more than 7.5 lakh government employees of Madhya Pradesh. The number of regular employees in the state is about 6 lakh 40 thousand. There, there are about 1 lakh 10 thousand daily wage workers. In this way, a total of 7 lakh 50 thousand employees have got the gift of increased DA.
